You'll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality service while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCompleting and reviewing accounts and tax returns for a portfolio of clientsSupervising and mentoring a team of accountants and bookkeepersActing as the main point of contact for client queries and relationship managementWorking closely with the partners to deliver advisory projects and identify opportunities for added valueEnsuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax legislationWhat We're Looking ForACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Has strong experience gained within an accountancy practice environmentEnjoys developing client relationships and providing a personal, professional serviceHas experience managing a portfolio of clients and supervising a teamIs proactive, organised and confident in leading and developing othersWorking ArrangementsSalary: 65-75k depending on experienceHours: Full time - permanentLocation: Our office is located in Epsom, SurreyWhy Join Us?xcunqrw You'll be joining a small but dedicated team where your input really matters, and you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills while working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients.
