We're recruiting a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established team at a high-end shopping centre. What's on Offer? * Salary up to £37,500 * Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm * 1 in 7 call-out rota – extremely low volume (just four call-outs last year) * On-site parking * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Company pension * Employee discount schemes * Ongoing training and genuine career progression * Join a friendly team of seven engineers The Role As part of the on-site maintenance team, you'll carry out a wide range of planned and reactive plumbing works across this busy retail and leisure destination. Your responsibilities will include: * Tap repairs and replacements * Clearing blockages * Diagnosing and repairing leaks * General plumbing maintenance * Small plumbing installations * Supporting with basic mechanical maintenance when required * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Responding to reactive maintenance requests and ensuring high service standards No two days are the same, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a busy environment and managing a varied workload. About You We're looking for someone who has: * City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (essential) * Experience in commercial maintenance or building services * Strong fault-finding and repair skills * A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team * Good communication and customer service skills * The flexibility to support occasional mechanical maintenance tasks If you're a qualified plumber looking for a secure, long-term role with excellent benefits, a supportive team and genuine opportunities to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you
