Due to continued growth, they are looking for a PCB / Cable Assembly Operator to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with electronics assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products. Why Join Our Client? * Stable and growing business * Friendly and supportive team environment * Varied and interesting technical work * Opportunity to develop manufacturing and assembly skills * Work within a quality-focused production environment Key Responsibilities * Assemble PCB and cable assemblies to required standards * Solder surface mount and through-hole components onto PCBs * Operate SMT pick-and-place equipment to populate circuit boards * Build cable assemblies using soldering and crimping techniques * Follow work instructions, diagrams and assembly drawings accurately * Maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail * Apply approved soldering processes and assembly techniques * Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required * Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in PCB or cable assembly * Soldering and crimping experience * Experience within a manufacturing or production environment * Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams * Good attention to detail and manual dexterity * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel * IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 certification would be advantageous Apply today to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
