A proficiency in German would be preferable.The Professional Services Consultant will serve as a product specialist delivering exceptional consulting services to our clients within their designated region (North America, EMEA). Reporting to the Professional Services Consulting Manager or Senior Manager, this role will be responsible for providing strategic consulting services, helping clients define requirements, and configuring and optimizing our software to achieve critical business goals. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, consultative skills, and strong client relationship management to drive positive customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Consultative ExpertiseProvide expert advice and solutions to clients on our products and features, as well as systems, software development, and business processesStay updated with the latest within our products and features, as well as broader technology trends and advancementApply technical knowledge to support clients in achieving their business objectivesIdentify and resolve complex business or technical issues in partnership with the solutions Architect to ensure minimal disruption to the projectConfigure and customize our solutions to meet client-specific requirements Client Engagement & DeliveryBuild and maintain strong client relationships with all relevant stakeholdersUnderstand client needs and provide support to deliver tailored solutionsCommunicate effectively with clients, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersRepresent the company professionally and demonstrate the value of our solutionsDrive client adoption and ensure successful implementation of our solutionsProject SupportContribute to the management of projects from inception to completionEnsure timely delivery and adherence to budget in partnership with the Delivery Manager and client stakeholdersBe able to apply project management methodologies to track progress and manage deliverablesIdentify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project successManage client expectations throughout the project lifecycleDocumentation & Knowledge SharingPrepare detailed reporting and presentations in partnership with the Delivery Manager for internal and client stakeholdersClearly document agreed-upon solutions in partnership with the Solutions ArchitectCapture all relevant information for recurring technical needsCreate and maintain knowledge base articles and best practice guidelinesContribute to the development of reusable assets and templatesTeam Collaboration & Operational AdherenceAdopt and help iterate on all processes, best practices and operational elements to ensure consistencyWork effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsMentor and guide associate consultants where appropriateFoster a collaborative and productive work environmentShare knowledge and expertise with team membersSupport the Professional Services Consulting Manager in achieving team objectivesQualificationsExperience4+ years of experience in technical or business consulting or a related fieldHistory of successful client engagement and solution deliveryExperience with enterprise software implementation and configuration or professional servicesBackground in applying structured methodologies for service deliveryExperience working in cross-functional project teamsTechnical SkillsIn-depth knowledge of the solutions being implemented or leveraged (Subject Matter Expert)Strong understanding of other technical systems and integrationsFamiliarity with software development processes and practicesExperience with configuration and customization of enterprise softwareUnderstanding of data models and business process workflowsFamiliarity with UX/UI design principlesConsultative SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutionsExperience translating business requirements into technical solutionsStrong data analysis and interpretation skillsCreative and critical thinking abilitiesProject Management SkillsFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in scope management and handling changing requirementsAbility to track progress and report on deliverablesCommunication & Client ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong presentation and documentation skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience building and maintaining strong client relationshipsUnderstanding of client business processes and requirementsAdditional SkillsStrong business acumen with understanding of industry trendsAbility to align technical solutions with business goals Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and processesTeam collaboration and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivation and ability to work independently when neededEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree;
