About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Spa Manager to lead a luxury spa operation within one of the UK's most recognised country house hotels.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
You'll be responsible for creating exceptional wellness experiences, ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable visit. Leading a talented team, you'll maintain the high standards, tranquil atmosphere, and personalised service expected within a luxury spa environment.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance guest experience, team development, operational excellence, and commercial performance while driving success across treatments, retail, and membership offerings.
What's in it for you?
£45,000 to £47,000 (DOE) + £6,480 service charge
Temporary live-in accommodation
Working 48 hours per week across 5 days
