This Engineering Team Leader role combines hands-on maintenance leadership with data-driven decision making. You'll spend time coaching engineers, improving maintenance performance, driving CMMS utilisation and leading root cause investigations that deliver lasting improvements. What's on Offer? £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary Annual bonus scheme Significant investment in engineering and technology Real progression opportunities Opportunity to shape a developing engineering function Exposure to predictive maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring and thermal imagingThe RoleAs Engineering Team Leader, you will: Lead and develop a team of multi-skilled engineers Champion CMMS best practice and data accuracy Drive PPM compliance and maintenance performance Lead fault finding and root cause analysis activities Create and improve SOPs, processes and training plans Support engineers with hands-on maintenance when required Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure strong communication and effective shift handoversWhat We're Looking For Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge Experience within FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or GMP manufacturing Strong CMMS and maintenance planning experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven experience improving performance through data and process improvement Engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, HNC or equivalentWhy Apply?This Engineering Team Leader position offers the chance to join a business on an exciting growth journey where you can influence culture, improve reliability, develop people and leave a lasting impact.
