We're partnering with an exciting, high-growth digital consultancy based in the heart of Leeds that is rapidly establishing itself as a leading delivery partner across both public and private sector organisations.

As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering team delivering complex, business-critical digital solutions. This is an opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, influence technical direction, and help clients solve real-world problems using modern technology.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients, thrives in environments where requirements aren't always fully defined, and wants to play a key role in shaping both solutions and engineering culture.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be involved throughout the full software delivery lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to implementation and deployment. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams to build scalable, cloud-native applications while contributing to architecture decisions, engineering best practices and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineering

• Design, develop and maintain modern applications using C# and .NET
• Build and support user-facing functionality using React and TypeScript
• Deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions with in Azure
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated delivery processes
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

Technical Leadership

• Influence architecture and technology decisions across projects
• Mentor and support other engineers within the team
• Promote engineering best practices, code quality and continuous improvement
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience developing applications with C# and .NET
• Experience building modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience delivering cloud-native solutions within Azure
• Understanding of modern DevOps practices, CI/CD xwzovoh and cloud-based architectures
• Comfortable working in client-facing or consultancy environments
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for software engineering, continuous learning and mentoring others
