Its broad and complete range of compressor, vacuum and blower products and services, along with its application expertise and over 160 years of engineering heritage, allows Gardner Denver to provide differentiated product and service offerings for its customers' specific uses.Job SummaryReporting to the EHS Manager, provide effective coordination and administrative support for all environmental, health and safety requirements, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Including: organizing statutory training, purchasing, data input, report writing, COSHH controls, occupational health, business continuity, visitor controls and several improvement projects.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, organise and support all training requirements including job specific MHE, inductions and compliance.Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of various parts and supplies for EHSPerform internal audits for compliance to ISO standards, site specific guidance & legislationMaintain all EHS KPIs and data reporting requirements.Update and maintain H&S metrics, using GensuiteAssist assigned Improvement projects - create plans, justifications, obtain quotes and implement.Work on a number of different projects simultaneously, managing risk and prioritising tasks.Assist with accidents, incident and near miss containments, investigations and report writing.Oversee PPE requirements, safety shoes, overalls, corporate workwear and task specific PPE.Assist with contractor control, validation, maintain specific requirements.Be available for all site queries and requests.Monitor compliance inspections.Carry out audits and site inspection.Manage site environmental improvement projects.Assist with site occupational health surveillance.Administer all EHS processes and procedures ensuring accurate, timely and compliant document control.Basic QualificationsPart or full NEBOSH or working towards.Travel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsFully site based.Key CompetenciesExperience in EHS or manufacturing coordination and administration.Experience working within a similar EHS role.Knowledge of manufacturing environments and processesExperience of leading on projectsWhat we Offer25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (Option to purchase 5 days after probation period)7% Employer Pension ContributionWestfield Health Medial Cash Plan CoverDeath in Service Benefit of 4 x salaryCycle scheme (After probation period)Electric Car Scheme (After 12 Months of employment)10% of salary in shares after 1 year of employmentCostco Gold Company member, allowing employees to join.Employee Assistance ProgramEnhanced Maternity & Paternity Policies
