What you'll be doing

As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience. From preparing beautifully crafted coffees to recommending products and getting to know our regular customers, you'll help make every visit a great one.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, speciality beverages and food to consistently high standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming and engaging experience for every customer.
• Build great relationships with regular customers and understand their preferences.
• Use your knowledge and enthusiasm to confidently recommend coffees, food and seasonal products.
• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient service, even during busy periods.
