Annual salary: *£45,000 *
Work for one of the leading and most established local providers of home care in the area.
An opportunity has arisen to join this team as Registered Care Manager, leading the office team and team of community-based Home Care Professionals.
The successful candidate will have experience in a managerial position within a Domiciliary Care Business, and have a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care (or be willing to work towards it).
Your role will involve:
* Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to customers
* Effectively leading and motivating our experienced office support team, fostering their commitment and loyalty
* Nurturing a process of continuous improvement by further developing our culture of openness, transparency and drive for continued professional development
* Managing and leading professional development across the whole care team to ensure skills are up to date with the best practice and latest research
* Effectively coordinating the emergency on call service to provide support to our customers and care experts
* Leading the recruitment programme to grow the team of Care Prefoessionals
* Establishing good relationships with customers and their families
* Dealing with all matters relating to quality assurance, compliance and interfacing with the Care Quality Commission as necessary
* Leading the implementation of innovative technology designed to increase efficiency, quality and compliance within the service
