Ref 10573 Tool Setter (Injection Moulding) Alfreton, Derbyshire 3 shifts Monday to Friday £35,464 plus overtime A prestigious manufacturing company based in Alfreton. Derbyshire are looking for a Tool Setter with Injection Moulding experience to join their team due to an increase in business, and further expansion plans on the horizon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tool Setter who wants to work within a modern and automated facility with a secure order book. Key responsibilities for the Tool Setter * Set up machines (changeovers) ready for manufacturing process * Monitoring of machines to ensure they are running at optimum conditions * Fault Finding * Carry out reactive repairs where possible to maintain production * Responsible for quality checks * Communication with the Toolroom and other departments to ensure quality of product at all times * Ensure compliance to all Company and Health & Safety legislation * Promote a positive and safe working environment Experience for the Tool Setter * Demonstrable experience and stability in a similar role * Must have previous experience of Injection Moulding * Blow Moulding experience would be an advantage * Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised * Excellent communication skills All respondents to this position must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
