Senior Litigator (LOCUM)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Department Litigator to join our in-house legal team, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive litigator to handle a broad range of property-related disputes within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

•Manage a caseload of property litigation matters

•Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements

•Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations

•Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless client service

•Stay abreast of developments in property and litigation law

Requirements:

•Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales

•Minimum 10 years’ PQE with a strong background in property litigation

•Property and leasehold experience

•Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes

•Strong written and oral advocacy skills

•Self-motivated xwzovoh with the ability to manage cases independently

• Rights of audience is essential

•Dynamic individual with a highly proactive approach

•Solution-focused

•Experience in general commercial disputes

•Strong in-person negotiations skills required
