📍Location: DesignateRole - willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned apermanent location. 
🕒Hours per Week: 39hours  
🗓️Shift pattern: Full-time -flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends,will be discussed further at interview.  
💷Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum

📝The Role 

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you'll travelbetween different stores in yourarea, supporting where you're needed most. It's agreat way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty ofvariety in your day. You won't be on the move forever though-thisrole is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanentstore and developing your career. 

Day to day you'll work alongside the store managerto: 

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. 
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. 
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. 
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. 

🧐About you

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years 
• Passion for customer service & sales. 
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. 
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets. 
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
