We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership located in North West London. Benefits of the Service advisor: Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum Potential to earn an OTE of £40,000+ through commissions and incentives Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis Opportunities for career development within a respected dealership Supportive team environment and ongoing training Modern work facilities promoting a positive work-life balanceDuties of the Service advisor: Greet customers warmly and accurately identify their vehicle service requirements Explain requested work clearly and prepare detailed job cards Manage service appointments and liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing Upsell additional services and maintenance options where appropriate Maintain excellent communication with customers through updates and progress reports Complete all service documentation accurately and promptly Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery and follow-upRequirements of the Service advisor: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade industry Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach Excellent communication and organisational abilities Knowledge of automotive systems and technical terminology is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM systems and administrative duties A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dealership standardsIf you are passionate about developing your career as a Service Advisor and wish to work in a company that values its employees, we would like to hear from you.
