Job Reference: 1231 Job Title: Contract Manager Salary: £55,000 per annum Location: Cambridgeshire Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary An exciting opportunity to join a leading FM & Building Services provider as a Contract Manager, overseeing a multi-site, multi-client commercial portfolio across Cambridge & Suffolk.

You'll be responsible for managing M&E service delivery, leading engineering teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities Manage a multi-site, multi-client commercial FM portfolio.
Lead the delivery of M&E building services contracts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage engineers and specialist subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with H&S and statutory regulations.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and contract performance.
Drive service excellence and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent Level 3 Mechanical / Plumbing or equivalent Level HVAC or equivalent P&L experience 3 years experience in a similar position UK Drivers License Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer 25 Days leave bank holidays Car allowance Travel Paid after 30 minutes each way Performance bonuses Hybrid working If you live in and around the Cambridge or the Suffolk area, this could be the role for you.
