Reactive Civils SupervisorLocation: Southern Water RegionMatchtech is looking for an experienced Reactive Civils Supervisor to oversee drainage and civils works across the South of England.You'll be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving the successful delivery of reactive works. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll act as the key link between site operations and management.Requirements:Experience supervising civils, drainage, or utilities projectsExperience managing site teams and subcontractorsStrong understanding of Health & Safety and site complianceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStreet Works (Operative or Supervisor)Confined SpaceEUSR Modules 1-5Full UK Driving LicenceDesirable:SSSTSIOSHKnowledge of CDM RegulationsThe role also includes participation in an out-of-hours standby rota.If you're a motivated and safety-focused Supervisor looking to join a growing and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.Please note: All successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and drug & alcohol screening as part of the onboarding process
