About the Company

Our client is a high-growth, global provider of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, supporting finance teams with planning, forecasting, consolidation, and analytics. With strong momentum across EMEA, they are investing in senior sales leadership to accelerate UK growth.


The Role

A senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth across the UK market, leading a team of Account Executives, and overseeing key enterprise opportunities.

You will play a critical role in scaling pipeline, enhancing sales execution, and building a high-performance sales organisation.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Drive performance against revenue and pipeline targets
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture


Revenue Generation & Deal Leadership

  • Lead and support strategic enterprise sales opportunities
  • Provide guidance on complex deal strategy and negotiations
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility


Pipeline & Sales Execution

  • Drive pipeline generation across direct and partner channels
  • Implement and refine sales processes and methodologies
  • Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and performance


Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Develop and manage key partner relationships
  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives and channel growth
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem to expand market reach


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps
  • Contribute to UK and EMEA go-to-market xwzovoh strategy


Requirements

  • Proven track record in CPM/EPM/finance systems sales
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong enterprise sales capability (new logo focus)
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience working with partners and indirect sales channels
  • Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen


Package

  • £150,000 base salary
  • Market-leading OTE (uncapped)
