The Accounts & Tax Senior will oversee accounting and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting for clients within the professional services industry. Description Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Handle personal tax computations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide clients with tailored advice on tax planning and compliance matters. Support junior team members by reviewing their work and offering guidance as needed. Assist in preparing VAT returns and resolving any related queries. Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide updates on their financial matters. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting and tax legislation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Profile A successful Accounts & Tax Senior should have: Professional qualifications in accounting or tax, such as AAT or ATT. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in the professional services industry. Experience in preparing accounts and tax returns for a variety of clients. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
