We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, focusing on providing targeted support to children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role is crucial in supporting not only children with EHCPs but also those with a range of complex needs including ADHD, ASD, and SLCN.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide 1:1 support to children with various SEND, ensuring their educational and emotional needs are met.
• Work with children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) to facilitate a supportive learning environment.
• Support children with specific conditions such as ADHD, PDA, ASD, and EBSA, adapting approaches to meet their unique needs.
• Assist children with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN), including non-verbal children, to enhance their communication skills.
• Implement and record interventions as outlined in EHCPs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
