Theyve recently launched a new long-term funded contract and are now recruiting an Employment Advisor covering South London boroughs of Sutton, Kingston and Merton.

Youll work as an Employment Specialist, supporting people with SEN into employment using the Supported Employment Quality Framework.

This is a community-based role where youll hot-desk across sites including Job Centres, Council Offices, and Libraries.

Travel between sites is paid.

Youll manage a caseload of around 20 participants, providing tailored support and working with employers to create opportunities.

Full training is provided, including shadowing experienced staff and ongoing support from your Team Leader.

Were interested in people who have: Employment Advisor experience Recruitment, sales, or B2B experience Experience supporting vulnerable people Or relevant graduate/voluntary experience This is a busy, target-driven role involving lone working in the community, so organisation, resilience, and good time management are important.

Please note: Permanent, full-time role Monday to Friday, 9am5pm Community-based role (no home working) You must live within reasonable travelling distance of Sutton, Kingston and Merton.
