Trainee Recruitment Consultant

CPR Recruitment Ltd are one of the UK's fastest growing construction recruitment agencies. We are looking to engage 2 new trainees to the business who will be working from our Maidstone Head Office on our 'fast track to recruitment success programme'. The programme will last for 6 months and take you from complete recruitment newcomer to a fully fledged consultant working on an established recruitment desk. What does the programme look like: * 121 training and development with a variety of CPR's top billers and managers * External training on sales and business development * Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly incentives * A structured plan from day 1, clearly outlining your expectations and what CPR will be working on for you to acheive in your career CPR want the best for our employees and are commited to growing the team organically with regular promotions and rewarding our staff with market leading commission. The 2 participants of last years fast track to recruitment success programme are on track to earn £80k from their careers with CPR this year. That could be you this year.
