Part Time Finance Manager

Are you an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys building and improving finance functions? Do you have experience bringing outsourced finance processes in-house and implementing new systems? Are you looking for a part-time opportunity where you can genuinely shape how finance operates?

A well-established organisation is seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function during an important period of change. The organisation is open to considering candidates on either a temporary/interim or permanent basis, with the role initially expected to be approximately three days per week.

This is a rare opportunity to build an effective in-house finance function from the ground up. You will lead the transition away from a long-standing outsourced arrangement, implement a new accounting system and establish the processes, reporting and controls required for the future.

The role offers significant flexibility, with predominantly remote working and occasional travel required to offices in Berkshire and London.
