Finance Manager

We're looking for a qualified Finance Manager/ Financial Accountant to join a fast-growing tech company and play a key role in strengthening and scaling its finance function.This is a hands-on role reporting to the Head of Finance, with responsibility for financial operations, reporting, compliance, controls and continuous improvement. This role is working 3 days in the London office.The roleYou'll take ownership of:Month-end close, reconciliations and financial reportingAnnual statutory accounts and end-to-end external audit managementVAT, CIS, corporation tax and other HMRC compliancePurchase-to-pay and revenue ledger processesCash management, bank reconciliations and internal controlsFixed assets, inventory and payroll-related finance processesFinance systems administration and process improvementRevenue recognition and financial analysisSupporting wider finance projects and business decision-makingLeading and developing an Accountant and Finance AssistantWhat we're looking forYou'll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with:Strong external audit and financial reporting experienceExcellent technical knowledge across accounting, tax and controlsExperience improving or implementing finance systemsA continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentDiscipline(s): Accounting & FinanceJob type: Permanent
