Forklift Counterbalance Yard Operative (Temp to Perm) Location: Aston Clinton Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30 or 10:00 - 18:30 Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Yard Operative to join a busy and growing operation based in Aston Clinton. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities for the forklift role: * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently * Learning the yard processes and procedures * Working outside * Sorting and organising empty pallets, containers and stock * Loading and unloading vehicles * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard environment * Carrying out general yard duties as required * Following all health and safety regulations Requirements for the forklift role: * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential) * Previous forklift operating experience preferred * Good attention to detail and ability to work independently * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude * Willingness to learn new tasks and processes Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate of £13.60 per hour, weekly pay * Monday to Friday * Immediate start available * Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate * Supportive working environment with full training provided If you are looking for a stable role with long-term prospects and can start immediately, we would like to hear from you.
