This role would suit an existing Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.

What were looking for Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience
A genuine passion for fresh food
Confident running a busy section
Good kitchen skills and attention to detail
Positive, reliable and team-focused
Able to work well under pressure
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
Willingness to learn and develop
Strong communication skills
Pride in delivering xwzovoh consistent, quality food
The Role Run and organise your own section
Prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard
Support prep, service and kitchen organisation
Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team
Maintain excellent cleanliness and food safety standards
Help keep service smooth, calm and consistent
Support other sections when needed
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
