Sales and Marketing Administrator

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions, working closely with internal teams to help drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business development activity.

Roles & Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and enquiry information Process sales quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups Track customer activity and support the sales team with timely communications Assist with incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Act as a key point of coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments Assist with the planning and scheduling of marketing campaigns Coordinate content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website updates Support the creation of brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials Upload and maintain website content including product pages and company news Track marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics Assist in the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Manage marketing assets including images, documents, and branded materials Essential Criteria Previous experience within a sales support, marketing, or administrative role Experience working within a B2B, engineering, or manufacturing environment Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Experience managing website content and LinkedIn activity Experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools What's On Offer Up to £30K base salary Opportunity to join a growing and innovative engineering business Supportive team environment with long-term career progression Ongoing training and development opportunities Exposure to both sales and marketing functions within a dynamic industry Modern working environment and collaborative culture How To Apply To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Charlie Plant, Associate Specialist Consultant at MCS Group on .
