About the role
BMSL Group Ltd in South Wales is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management of social housing retrofit and decarbonisation projects, including External Wall Insulation (EWI). Permanent or freelance opportunities are considered.
You will prepare valuations, manage variations, control cost reports and final accounts while liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams. The role rewards deep retrofit knowledge, strong commercial focus and the ability to handle multiple projects
