Behaviour Support Assistant

Behaviour Support Assistant We are working with some of our local Northampton schools to recruit for an experienced teaching assistant who is looking to support with behaviour in a primary setting. The role will be to work with students who need additional support with their behaviour including emotional regulations, social development and accessing the learning in the classroom. You will build a strong relationship with the children and become a consistent and positive figure for them to work alongside. The role is open to part time / full time and there is flexibility on half or full day shifts.  This is a rewarding opportunity for someone to make a positive difference and support students in achieving their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.
