Due to continued growth and exciting future plans, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Chester.
Role may have opportunity for Cheshire/Merseyside with expanding offices.

The Opportunity As Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial delivery of refurbishment and construction projects.
Youll work closely with senior leadership, clients and project teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully, profitably and to the highest standards.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the business, helping shape processes, mentor junior team members and support long-term expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of refurbishment and construction projects from inception through to completion Provide full quantity surveying and cost management services Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations and final accounts Deliver procurement strategies and manage tender processes Undertake contract administration and project cost control Monitor project performance, risks and financial reporting Build and maintain strong client relationships Support project management and fund monitoring activities Mentor and support Apprentices, Graduates and Assistant Quantity Surveyors Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic business growth initiatives About You We are looking for a confident, commercially aware and client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects.
