Role:

• Corpora e tax transactional support including M&A, restructuring, IPOs
• Tax finance
• Real estate tax
• Contentious Tax

Successful candidate:

• 2-4 PQE England & Wales qualified
• At least 2 years UK corporate tax experience gained within a Magic Circle, US or Siler Circle law firm
• Strong academics
