The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in delivering a large-scale ERP transformation programme while helping shape the future technology landscape.
Initially, the focus will be on supporting enterprise systems, integrations, and solution design across a complex technology ecosystem.
This role offers a combination of hands-on architecture and longer-term strategic influence.
Working Arrangement
Hybrid / primarily remote working

Typically 3-5 days onsite per month (project dependent)

Additional onsite presence may be required during key project phases

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and practical solution architectures

Support enterprise integrations and system interoperability

Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners

Provide architectural guidance throughout delivery

Establish standards, documentation, and best practices

Support ongoing improvements and future roadmap planning

What They're Looking For

Essential

Proven Solution Architecture experience within large transformation programmes

Strong IFS experience

Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills xwzovoh

Experience working closely with development teams

Nice to Have

Experience within retail, logistics, supply chain, or similar sectors

Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks
