Job Summary Experienced Solar PV / Air Source Heat Pump sales representatives wanted to join an established, fast-growing renewable energy company covering Scotland’s Central Belt. Pre-booked appointments supplied, fast commission payouts, and immediate starts available. About the Company Company is one of Scotland’s established renewable energy specialists. With 12 years of trading behind them and funded growth set to double their turnover in the next 6 months, they are investing in the people who deliver — their sales team. Specifically they are expanding their self-employed sales force and looking for experienced, results-driven reps who want to earn serious money in a market that’s only growing. The Role * Attending pre-booked, qualified customer appointments across the Central Belt * Conducting in-home consultations on Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump systems * Assessing customer needs and recommending the right solution * Closing sales and processing customer paperwork on the day * Representing the company professionally and building trust with homeowners What They Offer * Realistic £2,000 per week — convert just 1–4 appointments to hit that figure * Minimum 2 pre-booked appointments per day— no cold knocking, no canvassing * 50% of commission due paid within 48 hours of the customer’s deposit clearing — no waiting four weeks to get paid * Fuel card provided * 12 years of trading and a credible, established brand behind you * Funded growth plan — turnover set to double in the next 6 months * Immediate starts available About You * Minimum 2 years’ experience selling Solar PV and/or Air Source Heat Pumps * Proven track record of closing sales in-home * Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle * Based in or able to cover Scotland’s Central Belt (Glasgow / Edinburgh corridor)
