Production Machine Operator (Night Shift)

Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour (rising to £14.76 once fully trained) Contract Type: Temporary Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotational Shifts) We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a temporary role, offering full-time hours and the opportunity to develop your skills within a busy manufacturing team. Operating machinery in line with training and safety procedures. Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks. Loading and unloading materials. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Previous experience within a production, or manufacturing environment preferred. Machine operating experience is advantageous. FLT (Forklift Truck) experience or licence is beneficial. Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotational shifts. Competitive hourly rate with pay increase after training. Full-time, consistent hours.
