Clinical Lead - Care Home Walton-on-Thames, Surrey £50,000 per Annum | Days | Great Staff Benefits Reporting to Home Manager An exciting opportunity to join a lovely, small boutique Nursing Home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. Our client is seeking a talented and accomplished Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD). As Clinical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional clinical care. Working alongside the management team, you'll uphold the highest standards of governance and help ensure every resident receives compassionate, personalised care that meets their individual needs. You'll also take an active role in shaping the clinical direction of the home and inspiring best practice throughout the team.
