Join us as a Recovery Worker in West Dunbartonshire.
We are recruiting for a Recovery Worker to support our WithYou Community Service in West Dunbartonshire. We have a main Recovery Base however much of our work is carried out across the local community. We work with people at all stages on their journey providing both one to one support and structured group work, alongside wellbeing and social activities.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are motivated to work as part of a thriving and diverse team, ensuring recovery opportunities are available for individuals at any point in their recovery journey. You will strive to work collaboratively with partners and communities, ensuring that we are as accessible as possible and that the principles of a Recovery Oriented System of Care and true person centred practice are at the heart of all that we do.
An SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health care is desirable for this post.
This role is full time and permanent with a starting salary of £26,250 per annum. There will be some Saturday working on a rota basis to meet the needs of the service. 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

have attained SVQ level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare or equivalent (this is desirable)
already be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or meet the registration requirements
have some experience of working in a health, social care, or related setting
have experience of delivering group work, specifically in outreach and community settings
have knowledge of health and safety, including assessing clients in high-risk situations
be comfortable using IT and digital media
A driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable
able to be flexible with your working hours on occasion and be happy to support other With You locations when needed
You will also need to meet our safeguarding requirements of a satisfactory enhanced PVG check.
