£30,000 – £35,000 + Commission + 25 Days Holiday
Fuel Recruitment are partnering with a leading digital forensics and cybersecurity organisation based in Nuneaton. The business specialises in cyber incident response, data recovery, and legal evidence support, working with law enforcement, legal, and commercial clients on complex investigations.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to play a key role in driving revenue growth across digital forensics and cell site analysis services.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business, building strong client relationships, and positioning the organisation as a trusted partner within key markets.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
* Proactively identify, target, and win new opportunities across digital forensics and cell site analysis
* Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
Consultative Client Engagement
* Understand client requirements across areas such as data recovery, digital investigations, and expert witness services
* Develop tailored, solution-led proposals aligned to client needs
Market Growth
* Expand presence across key sectors including:
* Legal firms
* Corporate investigations (e.g. fraud, misconduct, insider threat)
* Law enforcement and public sector
Account Management
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Act as a trusted advisor to drive repeat business and client retention
Revenue & Performance
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
* Focus on high-value opportunities and strategic accounts
Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with technical and forensic teams to scope solutions, support pricing, and ensure successful delivery
Pipeline Development
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development activities, partnerships, and campaigns
Digital & Social Selling
* Leverage LinkedIn and digital platforms to build your personal brand, generate leads, and promote service offerings
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a business development or sales role
* Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* Experience in consultative or solutions-based selling
* Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive approach
* Interest or experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, or technical services (desirable)
