The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to manage the full recruitment process and build your own specialist market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Speaking with senior professionals across the technology market
Developing new business opportunities
Managing interview processes and candidate preparation
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Building your own network and reputation within your specialist sector
