We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious business seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to support its Chief Operating Officer.
This is far more than a traditional EA role. You'll become a trusted extension of the COO, acting as a true business partner, anticipating priorities, managing competing demands and ensuring the business continues to operate efficiently behind the scenes.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinking ahead and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Working closely with the COO, you'll provide high-level executive support while coordinating business priorities and ensuring actions are followed through.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing a complex and ever-changing diary.
* Coordinating meetings, travel and executive schedules.
* Preparing agendas, presentations and board papers.
* Taking ownership of actions arising from meetings and ensuring they're delivered.
* Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
* Handling highly confidential information with complete discretion.
* Supporting strategic projects and business initiatives.
* Building strong relationships across the business to ensure priorities are delivered.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
* Providing seamless day-to-day support, enabling the COO to focus on strategic priorities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive and enjoys staying one step ahead.
You'll have:
* Previous experience supporting a senior executive, Director or C-suite leader.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
* High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience producing high-quality documentation.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys becoming an extension of the executive you support-someone who anticipates what's needed before being asked and genuinely takes pride in making a difference.
What's on Offer?
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
* A varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
* The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence key business initiatives.
* A collaborative and supportive working environment.
* Genuine opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious business.
