With an excellent reputation across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that prides itself on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike.   The Role Working closely with the Property Manager and wider lettings team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a first point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors Coordinating maintenance and repair works Assisting with property inspections, check-ins and check-outs Preparing tenancy documentation and keeping records up to date Managing renewals and rent reviews Following up on outstanding maintenance and tenancy matters Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation Delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face About You We're keen to speak with candidates who have: Previous administration, customer service, property or estate agency experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems A proactive and professional approach The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Experience within lettings or property management would be advantageous, but candidates with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.   What's On Offer? 28 days holiday entitlement (inclusive) Parking provided NEST Pension Scheme Opportunity to develop a long-term career within an established local business Supportive and experienced team environment Please apply within
