Are you a certified NPLQ Lifeguard or RLSS Pool Responder looking for flexible work across London? We're hiring flexible Pool Responders and Lifeguards to join our team, working in Health clubs across London.
Flexible hours – pick up shifts that fit your schedule - on a booking app! You choose your shifts
Competitive pay – £14.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid fortnightly
Work in leading gyms and leisure centres across London
This hybrid position combines both lifeguard/ operational poolside role and front-of-house responsibilities, suited for people with great customer service skills !

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional communication and customer service.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all tasks.
Supervise the pool area at all times, enforcing rules for a safe environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Perform rescues and first aid as needed.
Conduct general poolside cleaning and upkeep.
Report directly to the on-site manager.
Qualifications Required:
Valid RLSS Pool Responder or NPLQ Lifeguard Certification
