A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join a lovely property located near Milton Keynes Bedfordshire.

This is a key leadership role within the Food & Beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across the lounge, restaurant, and bar, while leading and developing a team of approximately 30 full-time and part-time staff.

The Role of Restaurant and Bar Manager

• Lead, manage and inspire a team of 30 FT/PT team members
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the lounge, restaurant, and bar
• Drive consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, and team development
• Ensure smooth service delivery across all outlets
• Support stock control, cost management, and departmental performance
• Work a 40-hour week within a supportive management structure

• Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager, or F&B management role
• Strong team leadership experience within hospitality
