Date: 15 Nov 2023Sector: FINANCIAL MARKETSType: PermanentLocation: LondonSalary: 50000 - 60000 per annumEmail: : DB Wealth and Asset Management firm are looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to work with Investment Managers in the Charities team to deliver high quality client service to Charity clients as well as suggesting improvements to working practices of the wider Client Administration department.Involved from the start of the client relationship, working closely with the Investment Managers to discuss client requirements, arrange for the account opening, liaise with other internal teams and third parties and be in direct contact with the client or their representatives throughout the processEnsure the ongoing maintenance of existing client accounts, including periodic AML reviews, amendments to agreements, sub accounts and record keeping.Liaise with third parties in relation to custodial matters and/or the opening of derivative and FFX accounts.Develop an ongoing relationship with the clients where appropriate,Systems administration of client data on internal and external systemsDealing with client queries, including; reporting queries, cash transactions, custody arrangements, transitionsLiaise with third party consultants/audit firms to coordinate client requirements and provide information when requestedLiaise with colleagues throughout the business to coordinate and deliver a high level of service to clientsProvide assistance and offer guidance or training for new and junior members of the team and other areas of the business when requiredProvide efficient and timely support to Investment ManagersProviding support and cover to the Client Administration TeamAttend client meetings when requiredPerson SpecificationSound technical knowledge and experience of Client take on within an Asset Managment environment, with particular emphasis of Charity Portfolio Administration is preferred.A working understanding of Anti Money Laundering and Compliance requirements, MIFID and EU Directives and Global Tax Reporting requirements (FATCA, CRS etc...)Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of the structure and organisation of Asset Management companiesExcellent organisational skills, and the ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivatedAbility to prioritise work to meet deadlines and multi-taskStrong communication skills both written and verbalConfident and able to deal directly with clients and colleagues at all levelsNumerical, analytical and PC skills essentialWorking knowledge of the appropriate investment parameters and fee arrangements for discretionary managed portfoliosKnowledge of Investment instruments, securities, corporate actions and capital gains tax rules and computationsRelevant industry qualifications such as IOC.
