About the role
Team leader required for Nottingham based company Robertson Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated team leader to join a manufacturing company based in Nottingham.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of health & safety.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off 6pm
- 6am Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a team of operatives on site Ensure all waste is processed, handled, and disposed of in line with company and environmental regulations Support the Site Manager in daily operations and reporting Carry out equipment checks and report any faults Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety across the site Ensure compliance with all H&S policies and procedures Requirements Previous experience in a waste management or industrial environment Experience in a team leader role Strong understanding of health & safety xwzovoh practices Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible approach to shifts and working hours What We Offer Competitive salary Company pension Training and development Career progression within a growing company Pension scheme and other benefits
