Recruitment Support Officer Armagh | Public Sector | Full-Time | Temporary We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Support Officer on behalf of our Public Sector client based in the Armagh area . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, confident working with data and IT systems, and able to manage a busy workload with accuracy and professionalism. Monday to Friday ~£12.75 per hour ~ Temporary position ~ As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will provide a high standard of administrative and customer service support, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the department. Providing high-quality administrative support across the service area. Inputting, processing, monitoring and validating information accurately within agreed timescales. Assisting with the analysis, monitoring and reporting of data and statistics. Supporting the development and maintenance of departmental procedures and protocols. Monitoring stationery and office supplies and ensuring stock is maintained appropriately. Delivering a professional and consistently high standard of customer service to staff, members of the public, suppliers and other stakeholders. 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C , including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent/higher qualifications. A minimum of 18 months’ relevant experience within a clerical or administrative role. Previous experience in administration and data entry . Experience using Microsoft Excel , including working with data, analysis and reporting. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT systems .
