Onsite Coordinator - Lutterworth

Onsite Coordinator We are recruiting for a Onsite Coordinator in the Lutterworth area. You will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships. Details:  Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: Lutterworth Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities: ·       Manage daily attendance and shift fulfilment on site. ·       Act as first point of contact for workers and management team ·       Monitor absence trends and workforce stability. ·       Ensure documentation compliance for all deployed workers. ·       Support worker engagement and induction processes. ·       Maintain accurate site-level reporting both weekly & monthly ·       Monitor adherence to agreed pay and rate structures. ·       Coordinate immediate response to last-minute workforce changes. ·       Maintain professional client communication standards. ·       Promote consistent service delivery within client environment.
