Role
- Audit employee records in Workday, identifying and correcting inaccuracies, duplicates and missing data
- Run and review Workday reports to flag inconsistencies against HR policies and data standards
- Liaise with HR and People teams to resolve queries and keep records up to date
- Document findings and track progress, providing regular updates on data quality improvements
