Warehouse Returns Administrator Required - Wellingborough
Quest Employment are currently recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Warehouse Returns Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation based in Wellingborough.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse, logistics or administration experience who is looking for a long-term permanent position. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing customer and supplier returns, keeping stock records accurate and ensuring returned goods are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
The Role
As a Warehouse Returns Administrator, your duties may include:
Processing customer and supplier returns in line with company procedures
Inspecting returned goods and identifying faults, damage or discrepancies
Recording return details accurately on WMS/ERP systems
Allocating returned stock correctly for restock, repair, quarantine, scrap or supplier return
Completing and maintaining accurate returns documentation
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams regarding return queries
Keeping inventory records up to date
Supporting stock checks and discrepancy investigations
Monitoring returns and quarantine areas
Providing updates on return progress and outcomes
Producing regular returns reports
Identifying repeated issues or trends with returned stock
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and health and safety
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience within warehouse, logistics or administration
Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
Are confident using computer systems
Have experience using WMS or ERP systems, desirable
Can communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Are confident managing deadlines and competing priorities
Have a methodical and problem-solving approach
Can work independently and as part of a team
Are reliable, punctual and professional
Desirable Experience
The following would be beneficial:
Returns or RMA process experience
Stock control or inventory experience
Warranty claim experience
Microsoft Excel experience
Previous warehouse administration experience
