This is a great opportunity for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join from day one and help build a new department. Smart Repair Technician: Salisbury Salary £28,000 - £36,000 + Bonuses £40,000 OTE Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm The Role Carry out SMART repairs including paint, minor panel and cosmetic repairs Prepare, mask, polish and finish vehicles to a high standard Mix and apply paint products accurately Repair or replace damaged panels in line with manufacturer standards Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environmentWhat We’re Looking For Minimum 1 years’ SMART repair or bodyshop experience Strong eye for detail and pride in your work Able to work independently and manage your workload Full UK driving licenceWhat’s On Offer £40,000 OTE Monday to Friday only Brand-new operation with progression opportunities 22 days holiday + bank holidays Birthday off Pension scheme Staff discounts Life assurance Employee Assistance Programme Long service rewardsIf you’re an experienced SMART Repair Technician looking for a stable role with a growing automotive group, apply now.
