Store Supervisor - Lead Customer Experience & Sales
About the role
Seasalt is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the Aberdeen team on a 24 hour permanent contract. You will support the Store Manager, train Sales Advisors, and ensure the shop delivers outstanding customer service and visual standards.
This role involves stock control, loss prevention, KPI delivery, and being a key-holder. We offer an hourly rate of £13.60, uniform allowance, generous holiday, employee discounts, and a strong benefits package.
