Job Description: Roofing Contracts Manager – Key Responsibilities · Full responsibility for the delivery of multiple live projects · Management of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers · Programme control to ensure works are delivered on time · Commercial oversight including variations, valuations, and cost control · Client liaison and attendance at progress meetings · Ensuring works are delivered to specification, quality, and H&S standards What We’re Looking For · Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction · Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project administration · Strong attention to detail · Commercially aware with the ability to protect margins · Confident leader with a firm but fair management style · Strong organisational and communication skills · SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and full UK driving licence What We Offer · Competitive salary based on previous experience · Company vehicle or allowance · Long-term, stable workload · Opportunity to grow with an established and respected contractor Job Type: Full-time
